CF: Team of Colombian education officials visit Parkside Elementary

A team of Colombian education officials in Atlanta this week for the Americas Competitiveness Forum paid a visit to Parkside Elementary Wednesday to see how the APS school uses the latest technology in the classroom.

Dr. Humberto Diez Villa, education secretary for culture of the Colombian state of Antioquia, watches as students in Michele Alford’s fourth-grade class use their Promethean Activote devises to respond to questions about sentence types.
